Participants will explore essential qualities that will help them foster a healthy work environment that nurtures individual growth — such as effective communication skills, assessing emotional intelligence, and adaptability to change.

For the holistic component, attendees will be introduced to wellness practices that will help enhance their well-being through Ayurveda and aromatherapy.

Special Treat: We've partnered with City Art Room and Truth Brew Tea company to design hands-on activities centered around corporate team building; while also boosting focus and promoting mental clarity. Participants will leave feeling empowered and armed with practical life skills and wellness practices that will help them continue to grow, professionally and personally.

Workshop Duration: 4hrs (10am - 2pm)
